After reviewing three offers, Mark Morrow provided the clearest and most detailed bid. His being a small business owner also help in my decision making to hire him. His work was top-notce in every category, using high quality materials. He installed ball shutoff valves in the coldwater inlet pipe and even, although not required, in the tank drain outlet. Mark came out to help me out of a jam. My cold water hook up had rusted and my new washer couldn’t be installed. When we soaked the fixture in WD40, the whole thing moved causing water to spill out. I was in a panic. I clicked on Service Magic, they provided Mark’s number and I called him. He was out within 30 min., fixed the problem, and charged a very reasonable price. He did a great job, I was saved, and will be for ever grateful to him for coming out in such a hurry. I will alwasy call Mark for any plumbing problems I might have. Thank you Mark.

After dealing with numerous flakes I was pleased that Mark from Morrow Construction actually showed up to the scheduled appointment and on time! Mark is a very cool guy and very clean. The job was done quickly and with no mess. Mark’s pricing was very competitive and I will be using Mark again very soon for other projects. I would recommend Mark to anyone that needs a down to earth (very friendly) and very competent plumber.

Mark was a pleasure to do business with. He was extremely reasonable, let me know he would be a few minutes late. I was impressed with his courtesy, his personal appearance and he had a very clean shiny truck. Those things are important to me when hiring tradesmen. He was quick to complete the job, although only a stopped drain, I would not hesitate to hire him for other services. I asked him for business cards to give to some of my neighbors who are always looking for honest and reliable home repair and construction people.
